Love Demonstrated By Obedience

Our love for Jesus is our motivation to obey His commands
for true obedience flows out of a heart of love.
We can’t obey Jesus if we don’t love Him.
We can’t love Jesus if we don’t obey Him.
If you loved me, you would have rejoiced because I am going to the Father. (John 14:28 ESV)
The Father will give you another Helper, the Holy Spirit, who will never leave you… and who will lead you into all truth. (John 14:16 & 17 ESV)
You know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. (John 14:17b ESV)

Christ lives and we live.
He was triumphant, and in Him we are triumphant.
He is with us and leads us and we follow.
I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. (Galatians 2:20 ESV)
