In those days there was no king in Israel; every man did what was right in his own eyes.

Since God is our King and has given us His Word, we must avoid the dangers of personal religion.

So what are some dangers of a personal religion?

1. Violate The Word Of God

2. Mix Truth and Error

3. Desire A Form of Godliness or Religiosity

4. Seek God’s Blessings Without Seeking God

Call to Action

1. Seek Jesus Continually

2. Obey God’s Word Always

3. Keep Jesus as King of Your Life
