How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of the messenger who brings good news, the good news of peace and salvation, the news that the God of Israel reigns!

Why Christians Struggle with The E-Word

1. Fear

2 Timothy 1:7-8 (NCV)
God did not give us a spirit that makes us afraid but a spirit of power and love and self-control. So do not be ashamed to tell people about our Lord Jesus.

2. Lack of Relationships with Non-Christians

Look at Him! He is a friend of sinners!

3. Apathy

Revelation 3:16 NCV
You are lukewarm—neither hot, nor cold.

1. Evangelism is not something we do; it’s something God invites us to join.

Matthew 11:29 MSG
Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace.

2. Evangelism is offering God who we are.

Romans 12:1 MSG
Take your everyday, ordinary life— your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him.

3. Evangelism is not slick marketing but a sincere concern for another person.

We do not peddle the word of God for profit. On the contrary, in Christ we speak before God with sincerity, as those sent from God.
