Part 4 – “Adoption” || Romans 8:14-17

• Adoption is God giving us the  of a child of God.

6 Privileges of “Adoption” From Romans 8:14-17:

1) The Privilege of .

“‘All who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God.” (Romans 8:14)

2) The Privilege of .  

“Instead, you received God’s Spirit when he adopted you as his own children. ” (Romans 8:15)

3) The Privilege of .

“Now we call him, “Abba, Father.”  (Romans 8:15)

4) The Privilege of .

“ For his Spirit joins with our spirit to affirm that we are God’s children.”  (Romans 8:16)

5) The Privilege of .

“And since we are his children, we are his heirs.” (Romans 8:16)

6) The Privilege of .

“But if we are to share his glory, we must also share his suffering.”  (Romans 8:17)
