So Asa went out to meet him, and they drew up in battle formation in the valley of Zephathah at Mareshah.

Entonces salió Asa contra él, y ordenaron la batalla en el valle de Sefata junto a Maresa.

Then Asa called to the LORD his God and said, “LORD, there is no one besides You to help in the battle between the powerful and those who have no strength; so help us, O LORD our God, for we trust in You, and in Your name have come against this multitude. O LORD, You are our God; let not man prevail against You.”

Y clamó Asa a Jehová su Dios, y dijo: ¡Oh Jehová, para ti no hay diferencia alguna en dar ayuda al poderoso o al que no tiene fuerzas! Ayúdanos, oh Jehová Dios nuestro, porque en ti nos apoyamos, y en tu nombre venimos contra este ejército. Oh Jehová, tú eres nuestro Dios; no prevalezca contra ti el hombre.

Since God is our help at all times, we can trust Him in times of adversity.
