(John 10:10) The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

(2 Corinthians 3:17 NASB) Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.

(Romans 12:2 NLT) Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think.

Wrong thinking leads to wrong actions.

(Luke 4:18) “The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”

How do I live in Freedom?

(2 Corinthians 10:3-5) For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. 4 The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.

Freedom is not a one-time thing, it’s a daily choice. 

(Luke 11:21-23 MSG) “When a strong man, armed to the teeth, stands guard in his front yard, his property is safe and sound. But what if a stronger man comes along with superior weapons? Then he’s beaten at his own game, the arsenal that gave him such confidence hauled off, and his precious possessions plundered

1. Daily to take back my life. 

(Romans 8:5-6 NLT) Those who are dominated by the sinful nature think about sinful things, but those who are controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things that please the Spirit. 6 So letting your sinful nature control your mind leads to death. But letting the Spirit control your mind leads to life and peace.

(Galatians 5:1) It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

2. Daily  the lie.

(John 8:44) When he (the devil) lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

 When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth.

3. Daily  the lie with God’s .

(John 8:32) Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.
