The Greatest Song of All Time – Summer Playlist

(Psalm 23:1) The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing.

(Isaiah 53:6) We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way

(Proverbs 14:12) There is a way that appears to be right, but in the end it leads to death.

1. The Shepherd leads because

(Psalm 23:2) He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters.

(John 10:27) My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.

How do we hear His voice?

We hear his voice by reading the scriptures

(2 Timothy 3:16) All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.

How do we hear His voice?

We hear his voice by reading the scriptures
We hear his voice through prayer and fasting

2. The Shepherd corrects because

(Psalm 23:4) Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

3. The Shepherd protects because

(Matthew 9:36) When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.

(Psalm 23:6) Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the LORD Forever.
