- On Sunday, Pastor Kyle talked about the gifts of prophecy and tongues from 1 Corinthians 14. How have you understood these topics throughout your life? In what ways has it changed over the years?
- If appropriate to share publicly, have a few folks share about a prophecy spoken over you that panned out to be true.
Digging Deeper in God’s Word.
- Romans 12:3-8 is another great biblical example to unpack as it relates to the topic of spiritual gifts. Read it together and answer the following prompts/questions.

- What does this passage tell us about God? Spiritual gifts? People?
- What do you think Paul meant in verse 6 that each person’s gifts would be used “in proportion to their faith”?
- In 1 Timothy 4:14, Paul tells young Pastor Timothy “Do not neglect the gift you have.” What a fitting reminder for all us to wholeheartedly serve God. One passage that really gets us thinking about this is Matthew 25:14-30. Read it together and answer the following prompts/questions.
