The story of your life.

1. On Sunday, we looked at Rahab’s story. Her faith began when she heard the testimonies of what God had done, and it gave her courage to believe. What is a story of God’s faithfulness in your life that you’ve “heard” (through Scripture, someone else’s testimony, or your own experience) that strengthened your faith and gave you courage to trust Him in a new way?(MULTILINE)
2. On Sunday, we also looked at Rahab’s bold faith. Rahab’s belief quickly turned into bold action — tying the scarlet cord publicly and choosing allegiance with God’s people. Can you share a time when your faith in God led you to take a bold or risky step — maybe not dramatic, but costly in everyday life (with work, family, friends, or personal habits)? Digging Deeper in God’s Word.

1. On Sunday, we read the story of Rahab whose “justified lie” saved the Israelites and was considered an act of faith. Another example of this in the Old Testament is found in Exodus 1:1-22 where the Hebrew midwives are instructed to kill all the firstborn sons. Read it together and respond to the following prompts/questions.
