Jeremiah 17:9 NLT 

1. THE SHEPHERD FOR ME.

Psalms 23:1 NKJV The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

My contentment doesn’t come from what’s in my hands; it comes from knowing I’m in His hands.

2. THE SHEPHERD ME.

Psalms 23:2 NKJV He makes me lie down in green pastures.  He leads me beside still waters.

3. THE SHEPHERD ME.

Psalms 23:4 NIV  Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

4. THE SHEPHERD OVER ME.

Psalms 23:5-6 NIV  You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

The Shepherd isn’t just leading me through today. He’s leading me home.
