Ephesians 4:1-6

¹Therefore I, the prisoner in the Lord, urge you to walk worthy of the calling you have received,

² with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love,

³ making every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.

⁴ There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to one hope at your calling—

⁵ one Lord, one faith, one baptism,

⁶ one God and Father of all, who is above all and through all and in all.

What is a Church?

To Be by One Another

To Be by the Preached Word

To Be of the Greatness of God Through Corporate Worship

To Be Back Out into the World Around us to Live Out the Gospel as Light in Darkness

True Can Only Come Through Jesus.

Ephesians 2:13&16

¹³ But now in Christ Jesus, you who were far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

¹⁶ He did this so that he might reconcile both to God in one body through the cross by which he put the hostility to death.

Ephesians 4:3-4

“God is one in but exists in three persons.”

God the Is the Creator and sustainer of the universe. He is the source of everything, including love and salvation.

Genesis 1:1,

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth

God the God became human in Jesus to save humanity from sin. He lived, died, and rose again to reconcile people with God.

Colossians 2:9

For the entire fullness of God’s nature dwells bodily in Christ,

Ephesians 1:13-14

Dwell = “To Down.”

Empowering Us With Supernatural Love

Ephesians 3:17-19

¹⁷ … I pray that you, being rooted and firmly established in love,

¹⁸ may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the length and width, height and depth of God’s love,

¹⁹ and to know Christ’s love that surpasses knowledge, so that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

³⁵ Who can separate us from the love of Christ? Can affliction or distress or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?

³⁹ nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Surpasses = “to throw over or beyond, to exceed or excel”

Ephesians 3:20

²⁰ Now to him who is able to do above and beyond all that we ask or think according to the power that works in us

“Above & Beyond” = To Extend or That Reaches Beyond the Situation

Ephesians 3:21

²¹ to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
