A and a The covenant sets the framework for the relationship, but the relationship is something that has to be worked on. The same two things are necessary in order to experience and thrive in the saving grace of Jesus Christ. We have to live inside the new covenant in Jesus’ blood, and we have to develop a living relationship with Jesus Christ. Many Christians aren’t sure how to develop a living relationship with Jesus Christ. Four words that define what a relationship with Jesus looks like. #1 – The first word is . John 15:9 = Abide In My Love God the Father is literally our Heavenly Father who adores us as His child. – God the Son is our Brother who loves us like His own sibling. – God the Holy Spirit is our Companion who loves us through His constant presence. A relationship with Jesus is a relationship of constantly receiving love. But our relationship with Jesus is not only one of receiving love, it is also a relationship of giving that love back to Jesus. #2 – The second word is . Matthew 6:25, 33-34 #3 – The third word is .
