Big Question # 1: What are the good works God prepared for me to walk in?
- Make disciples – Matthew 28:19-20
- Reconcile others to God – 2 Corinthians 5:18-19
- Live at with others – Romans 12:18
- Restore fellow believers – Galatians 6:1-2
- Walk in with other believers – Ephesians 4:1-3
- Share your – 1 Peter 3:13
- Care for widows and orphans – James 1:27
Big Question # 2: Where am I supposed to do these good works?
- I go, with everyone I encounter!
Big Question # 3: Am I ready to start doing the good works?
- The focus is on who you are , not what you are doing
Big Question # 4: So now what?
more like Jesus! Our becoming like Jesus will lead to us doing the things He did.
Marks of a disciple:
- Grow in grace
- Live in obedience to Jesus
- Be in life-giving relationships
- Live unhurried
- Live surrendered
- Be moved with compassion
- Reach others with the good news about Jesus
Remember: Our marks of a disciple are not a list of to do, they paint a picture of the person you are .
